Beginning with a short and sweet 20-minute standing workout we’ll raise our heart rate with 30-second exercises and a 5-second rest between. For the duration of our time together just relax, slow down, and stretch. You’ll be guided through a series of longer-held seated and supine poses to release tension in the spine, the hips, and the shoulders. Finish it all up with a nice long savasana! Bring your own blanket.
