Repose invites you to join Erin Ehlers for a slow-paced, deep-diving class that will entwine shoulder movements into core work. One aspect of the sequence will work to mobilize the upper back and to view how the limits of thoracic mobility may prevent us from accessing core strength. The class will explore wight -bearing on the hands and arms, working from quadruped to crawling to plank to inverting. You will engaging in twisting poses that require supple strength; a sequencing for self massage; and a long savasana. This workshop is open for yogis with healthy shoulders and a consistent yoga practice.
